§ 547. Annual report. On or before January fifteenth the comptroller,\nin consultation with the board of real property services and other\nagencies as may be appropriate, shall submit to the governor and the\nlegislature an annual accounting of state aid, taxes and assessments\npaid by the state pursuant to this article during the preceding and\ncurrent fiscal years. Such accounting shall include, but not be limited\nto, the number, type and amount of claims so paid, as well as an\nestimate of claims to be paid during the remainder of the current fiscal\nyear and during the following fiscal year.\n
