Report on needs of incarcerated individuals of public homes

§ 196. Report on needs of incarcerated individuals of public homes. It\nshall be the duty of the commissioner of public welfare to report to the\nlegislative body as to the needs of the home and to make recommendations\nof any changes, improvements, additional equipment or other provision\nwhich he or she may consider necessary to provide adequate care for the\nincarcerated individuals.\n
