§ 410-m. Fees and charges. The commissioner may, by regulation,\nestablish and charge to eligible borrowers such fees and charges for\ninspection, regulation, supervision and audit as to the commissioner may\nappear just and reasonable in order to recover the departmental costs in\nperforming these functions.\n
