§ 464-f. Funds not to be diminished. For the duration of the grant\nperiod, no local or regional human services provider shall lose any\ngrants or funds to which it may be entitled if it were to operate\nseparately, solely because it elects to participate in a pilot project\nprogram and, notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,\nsuch grants or funds shall continue to be allocated in the same manner\nand in the same amount as if such human services provider was not a\nparticipant in such pilot project program.\n
