§ 466-a. Agreements. The department shall enter into memorandums of\nunderstanding with the office of mental health and the office for people\nwith developmental disabilities. The memorandums with the office for\npeople with developmental disabilities and the office of mental health\nshall facilitate access by those offices to child care facilities\nproviding transitional care to young adults as may be necessary for\nthose offices to meet their responsibilities for monitoring the care of\nthe young adults.\n
