§ 483-a. Utilization of other agency assistance. To effectuate the\npurposes of this article, any department, division, board, bureau,\ncommission or agency of the state or of any political subdivision\nthereof shall, at the request of the executive director, provide to the\ncouncil such facilities, assistance and data as will enable the council\nto properly carry out its powers and duties.\n
