Taxes for county public welfare districts
Official statutory text
§ 90-a. Taxes for county public welfare districts. Taxes for each\nform of assistance or care administered by the county public welfare\ndistrict shall be levied only in the territory in which the county\npublic welfare district is responsible for the administration of such\nform thereof.\n
