Synopsis of requests for appropriations; submittal by budget director

§ 22-a. Synopsis of requests for appropriations; submittal by budget\ndirector. The director of the budget shall, within thirty days following\nreceipt of the requested appropriations pursuant to the first paragraph\nof section one of article seven of the constitution, submit to the\nchairs of the assembly ways and means committee and the senate finance\ncommittee a synopsis of such requests, including but not limited to: (a)\na schedule of appropriations requested as compared to the prior year,\n(b) a brief description of the department's, division's or office's\npriorities for receiving funding, and (c) a discussion of major changes\nor initiatives recommended for the ensuing fiscal year.\n
