Substitute employees

§ 47. Substitute employees. Where in any act a line item\nappropriation is made for the salary of an employee and the employee is\non leave of absence on less than full pay, the balance of such\nappropriation shall be available for the payment of the salary of a\nsubstitute employee.\n
