§ 80. Real estate finance bureau fund. 1. There is hereby established\nin the custody of the state comptroller a special fund to be known as\nthe "real estate finance bureau fund".\n 2. The real estate finance bureau fund shall consist of moneys\nappropriated thereto, funds transferred from any other fund or sources,\nand moneys deposited therein pursuant to paragraph (a) of subdivision\nseven of section three hundred fifty-two-e of the general business law.\n 3. The moneys in the real estate finance bureau fund shall be kept\nseparate from and shall not be commingled with any other moneys in the\ncustody of the state comptroller. Such moneys shall be allocated to and\nexpended by the department of law solely for increasing the staffing,\nefficiency and administration of the real estate finance bureau of such\ndepartment.\n
