§ 88-d. Airport improvement and revitalization fund. 1. There is\nhereby established in the joint custody of the commissioner of taxation\nand finance and the comptroller a fund to be known as the "airport\nimprovement and revitalization fund".\n 2. The airport improvement and revitalization fund shall consist of\nmoneys appropriated thereto, and funds transferred from any other fund\nor source including the repayment of loans pursuant to section\nfourteen-l of the transportation law.\n 3. Moneys in the airport improvement and revitalization fund shall be\nkept separate from and shall not be commingled with any other moneys in\nthe custody of the commissioner of taxation and finance and the\ncomptroller. Such moneys shall only be disbursed pursuant to section\nfourteen-l of the transportation law.\n
