Adult home quality enhancement fund

§ 91-f. Adult home quality enhancement fund. 1. There is hereby\nestablished in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the\ncommissioner of taxation and finance a special revenue fund to be known\nas the adult home quality enhancement fund.\n 2. The adult home quality enhancement fund shall consist of moneys\nreceived by the state pursuant to section four hundred sixty-d of the\nsocial services law and all other moneys appropriated, credited or\ntransferred thereto from any other fund or source.\n 3. The moneys from the adult home quality enhancement fund shall be\ndisbursed by the department of health to promote programs to improve the\nquality of care in adult homes.\n
