§ 92-p. Voting machine and system examination fund. 1. There is hereby\nestablished in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the\ncommissioner of taxation and finance, a special fund to be known as the\n"voting machine and system examination fund".\n 2. Such fund shall consist of moneys collected by the state board of\nelections pursuant to the provisions of subdivision one of section 7-201\nof the election law.\n 3. Moneys of the fund shall be available to the state board of\nelections for purposes of carrying out the provisions of section 7-201\nof the election law.\n 4. The moneys shall be paid out of the fund on the audit and warrant\nof the comptroller on vouchers certified or approved by the chairperson\nof the board or his or her duly designated officer.\n
