* § 92-q. Housing assistance fund. 1. There is hereby established in\nthe joint custody of the state comptroller and commissioner of taxation\nand finance a fund to be known as the "housing assistance fund".\n 2. The housing assistance fund shall be classified by the comptroller\nwithin the capital projects fund type and shall consist of all moneys\ncollected therefor or credited, appropriated or transferred thereto from\nany other fund or source pursuant to law or any other moneys made\navailable for the purposes of the fund.\n 3. Moneys of the fund may be invested by the state comptroller and\nincome from such investments shall be credited to the general fund.\n 4. Moneys of the fund shall be appropriated by the legislature and\npaid out pursuant to the terms of such appropriation.\n * NB There are 2 § 92-q's\n
