* § 95-k. Transgender and non-binary (TGNB) wellness and equity\nprogram fund. 1. There is hereby established in the joint custody of the\nstate comptroller and the commissioner of taxation and finance a fund to\nbe known as the "transgender and non-binary (TGNB) wellness and equity\nprogram fund".\n 2. Moneys in such fund shall consist of all moneys appropriated for\nthe purposes of such fund and all moneys appropriated, credited or\ntransferred thereto from any other fund or source pursuant to law. Any\ninterest received by the comptroller on money on deposit in the fund\nshall be retained in and become part of such fund.\n * NB There are 2 § 95-k's\n
