* § 97-xxx. Additional mass transportation assistance fund. 1. There\nis hereby established in the joint custody of the state comptroller and\nthe commissioner of tax and finance a fund to be known as the additional\nmass transportation assistance fund.\n 2. Moneys in the additional mass transportation assistance fund shall\nbe used for the payment of operating assistance to the metropolitan\ntransportation authority for the operating expenses of the Long Island\nrail road company and the Metro-North commuter railroad company which\nincludes the New York state portion of Harlem, Hudson, Port Jervis,\nPascack, and the New Haven commuter railroad services regardless of\nwhether the services are provided directly or pursuant to joint service\nagreements.\n * NB There are 2 § 97-xxx's\n
