§ 56. Statement to be published in session laws. The secretary of\nstate shall cause to be printed in the session laws of the year\nsucceeding the filing in his office of said deed, a statement of the\ndate of the application of the United States for said deed and a copy of\nthe description of the lands so conveyed or ceded, together with the\ndate of the recording of said deed in the office of the said secretary\nof state.\n
