§ 59-c. Searches of title. The attorney-general shall furnish to the\ncommission all searches necessary to prove the title to the lands taken\nas provided in this article. The expense of making such searches shall\nbe paid from the treasury out of the funds appropriated therefor, on the\naudit and warrant of the comptroller.\n
