§ 2020. Official seal. The tax appeals tribunal shall have and use an\nofficial seal; and the records, its proceedings and copies of all papers\nand documents in its possession and custody may be authenticated in the\nusual form under such seal and the signature of any one of the\ncommissioners or the secretary, and shall be received in evidence in the\nsame manner and with like effect as deeds regularly acknowledged or\nproven.\n
