§ 266. Continuance of rules and regulations. All rules, regulations,\nacts, determinations and decisions of the department of public works and\nthe superintendent of public works pertaining to the functions herein\ntransferred and assigned, in force at the time of such transfer,\nassignment, assumption or devolution shall continue in force and effect\nas rules, regulations, acts, determinations and decisions of the\ndepartment of transportation until duly modified or abrogated by the\ndepartment of transportation.\n
