* § 406. Unified planning work program. 1. The council shall establish\ngoals, objectives, criteria, and standards for the development of work\nprograms for the use of federal and other planning funds.\n 2. The unified planning work program shall comprise the following\nmajor work elements:\n (a) central staff;\n (b) transportation coordinating committees staff;\n (c) subregional pass through;\n (d) transit operators planning program; and\n (e) special studies.\n 3. (a) The work program of the central staff shall be determined\nannually by the council.\n (b) A method for distributing funds for special studies shall be\ndetermined annually by the council.\n * NB Expired June 30, 1983\n * NB There are 2 § 406's\n
