Water storage and distribution districts

§ 190-a. Water storage and distribution districts. In the manner\nhereinafter provided, the town board of any town may establish or extend\nin such town a water storage and distribution district for the purpose\nof acquiring or developing a supply of water for sale to water and water\nsupply districts within the water storage and distribution district for\nredistribution by them. A water storage and distribution district shall\nconsist of water districts and water supply districts which need not be\ncontiguous.\n
