Election of commissioners of Bethpage water district and Hicksville water district

§ 212-a. Election of commissioners of Bethpage water district and\nHicksville water district. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the\ncontrary, the annual election for commissioner of the Bethpage water\ndistrict and the annual election for commissioner of the Hicksville\nwater district of the towns of Oyster Bay and Hempstead in the county of\nNassau shall be conducted by the commissioner or commissioners of such\ndistrict in the manner prescribed by section two hundred twelve of this\narticle and shall be held on the second Tuesday in the month of December\nof each year.\n
