* § 23-a. Residence requirement for comptroller of the town of\nCortlandt. Notwithstanding any provisions of this chapter or any other\nspecial, general or local law to the contrary, the town board of the\ntown of Cortlandt in Westchester county, may, by resolution, provide\nthat the comptroller of the town of Cortlandt need not be a resident of\nsaid town, however he shall be a resident of New York state.\n * NB Expired December 31, 1979\n
