Section 11--107. Transition Provisions as to Priorities.\n Except as otherwise provided in this Article, Original Article 9 shall\napply to any questions of priority if the positions of the parties were\nfixed prior to the effective date of Revised Article 9. In other cases\nquestions of priority shall be determined by Revised Article 9.\n
