Section 2--721. Remedies for Fraud.\n Remedies for material misrepresentation or fraud include all remedies\navailable under this Article for non-fraudulent breach. Neither\nrescission or a claim for rescission of the contract for sale nor\nrejection or return of the goods shall bar or be deemed inconsistent\nwith a claim for damages or other remedy.\n
