Simplified procedure for court determination of disputes; action\n without pleadings.\n The simplified procedure for court determination of disputes set forth\nin CPLR §§ 3031, 3035 and 3037, and rules 3032 and 3036, shall apply in\nthis court insofar as they may be applicable and the relief demanded is\nwithin the jurisdiction of this court.\n
