Motion to correct pleadings

§ 1003. Motion to correct pleadings.\n Rule 3024 of the CPLR shall apply to motions to correct formal\npleadings in this court, except that the notice of motion shall be\nserved within the time allowed for responding to the challenged pleading\nor, in the case of a pleading requiring no response, within ten days\nafter the service of such pleading.\n
