§ 122. Local authorities. Every county, municipal or other local\nboard, body or officer, county park commission, parkway authority,\nbridge authority, bridge and tunnel authority, the office of parks and\nrecreation, the New York state thruway authority or similar body or\nperson having authority to enact laws or regulations relating to traffic\nunder the constitution and laws of this state.\n
