§ 1239. Reflective material and devices for in-line skating. The\ncommissioner is hereby directed to promulgate rules and regulations to\nestablish standards for reflective devices and/or material to be\nequipped into in-line skates pursuant to section three hundred\nninety-one-m of the general business law.\n
