§ 346. Proof of financial responsibility not required after February\nfirst, nineteen hundred fifty-seven. Notwithstanding any other\nprovision of law, no person, on and after February first, nineteen\nhundred fifty-seven, shall be required to file or maintain proof of\nfinancial responsibility pursuant to this article.\n
