§ 60. Assessment for expenses. 1. The estimated annual expenses\nnecessary for the workers' compensation board to administer the\nprovisions of the volunteer ambulance workers' benefit law shall be\nborne by all affected employers and included as part of the assessment\nrate generated pursuant to subdivision two of section one hundred\nfifty-one of the workers' compensation law.\n 2. Annually, the chair of the department of audit and control, as soon\nas practicable after the first of April, shall ascertain the total\namount of actual expenses.\n
