§ 58. Application of provisions of workmen's compensation law. All\nthe powers and duties conferred or imposed upon the chairman of the\nworkmen's compensation board and the workmen's compensation board by the\nworkmen's compensation law which are necessary for the administration of\nthis chapter and not inconsistent with this chapter are, to that extent,\nmade applicable to this chapter, even though such provisions of the\nworkmen's compensation law are not expressly made applicable to this\nchapter by the provisions of this chapter or the workmen's compensation\nlaw.\n
