§ 306. Compensation not allowed during first seven days. No\ncompensation shall be allowed for the first seven days of disability,\nexcept medical benefits provided in section three hundred five\nsubdivision three; and during a period of time and within an area in\nwhich a county or city is providing medical treatment for the injured\nunder section twenty-five of the state defense emergency act, medical\nattendance or treatment under this article shall not be allowed.\n
