1-03-03. Sports on Memorial Day - Penalty
No person, prior to the hour of two p.m. of the day set apart as Memorial Day, may engage
in organized or commercial ball games, horseracing, sports, or any entertainment which will
interfere with the proper observance of such day. Any violation of this section is an infraction.
