1-08-01. Validating legal publications
Any publication of any nature, required by law to be made in an official or legal newspaper
and made prior to January 1, 1943, in any newspaper published in the state of North Dakota, is
declared valid and of the same force and effect as though made in full compliance with the then
existing statutes.
