11-03-17. Tax collected for payment of bonds must be used for that purpose - Use of

surplus.

The money collected for the payment of the interest or principal of the bonds issued under

the provisions of this chapter shall not be used for any other purpose until the bonds are

redeemed. Any surplus shall be placed in the county general fund.
