11-09-03. Board of county commissioners may submit plan

The question of the adoption of any county manager form of government may be submitted

to the qualified electors of the county at the next primary election by the board of county

commissioners by a resolution adopted by the affirmative majority vote of the entire board. The

resolution must clearly designate which form of government is submitted.
