11-09-16. Directors of departments appointed

The county manager in a county adopting a county manager form of government shall

appoint a director for each department provided for or authorized by section 11-09-15. With the

consent of the board of county commissioners, the manager may act as the director of one or

more departments or appoint one director for two or more departments.
