11-09-17. Auditor - Who to act

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, in counties adopting a short form of county

managership, the functions imposed on the county auditor by general statute shall be performed

by or under the direction of the county manager, and in counties adopting a county manager

form of government, by the director of finance.
