11-09-35. Schedule of compensation
The county manager of a county adopting any form of county managership shall establish a
schedule of compensation for officers and employees which shall provide uniform compensation
for like service. The schedule may establish a minimum and maximum for any class, and an
increase in compensation within the limits provided by any class may be granted at any time by
the county manager or other appointing authority upon the basis of efficiency and seniority
records.
