11-27-04.1. County lands may be conveyed to United States free of reservations
Whenever the United States of America or any of its agencies or agents shall desire or be
required to acquire or approve title to lands owned by any county, the board of county
commissioners shall have power to convey the same free from any reservation of oil, gas, and
minerals and rights thereto, and free of reservations of archaeological materials.
