11-27-06. When interest of county in lands conveyed
All the interest of a county in its lands is conveyed when an order is made for the sale by
the board of county commissioners and a deed reciting such order is executed in the name of
the county by the chairman of the board and signed and acknowledged by the chairman for and
on behalf of the county.
