12-46-02. Within jurisdiction of Morton County
The North Dakota youth correctional center and grounds and premises thereof, for the
purpose of all judicial proceedings, shall be deemed to be within and a part of the county of
Morton, and the courts of said county shall have jurisdiction of all crimes or public offenses
committed within the same.
