4.1-01-05. Cooperation with federal agencies in destruction of predatory animals, destructive birds, and injurious field rodents

4.1-01-05. Hunters and trappers employed under section 4.1-01-05 must be state residents

Hunters and trappers employed under section 4.1-01-05 are not entitled to bounty provided by

state laws for the killing or extermination of birds and animals under that section. All vouchers

for expenditures made by the commissioner under this section must be approved by the duly

authorized agent of the animal and plant health inspection service or other appropriate federal

agency.
