4.1-20-11. District determined feasible - Statement filed with secretary of state
If the committee determines the operation of a proposed district is administratively feasible,
the committee shall file with the secretary of state a certified statement identifying the
boundaries and name of that district. The statement must include the reasons for the formation
of the district and the result of the election.
