4.1-26-34. Violation of chapter - Civil penalty
A person violating this chapter, a milk stabilization plan issued in accordance with this
chapter, or any rule that implements this chapter, is subject to a civil penalty in an amount not
exceeding five hundred dollars per day for each violation. The civil penalty may be adjudicated
by a court or by the milk marketing board through an administrative hearing.
