4.1-47-30. Preventing the dissemination of noxious weeds - Penalty

1. a. A person may not willfully transport any material that contains noxious weed

seeds or propagating parts, on a public road, in a manner that allows for the

dissemination of noxious weeds.

b. A person may not willfully drive or transport any equipment, on a public road, in a

manner that allows for the dissemination of noxious weeds.

c. A person may not willfully dispose of any material that contains noxious weed

seeds or propagating parts in a manner that allows for the dissemination of

noxious weeds.

2. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
