4.1-53-20. Agricultural seed - Sale of small quantities - Container label requirements

If agricultural seed is sold in quantities of five pounds [2.26796 kilograms] or less, the

container into which the seed is placed is exempt from the labeling requirements of this chapter

provided:

1. The container from which the seed is taken is in compliance with the labeling

requirements of this chapter; and

2. The seed is removed from the container referenced in subsection 1 and weighed, in

the presence of the purchaser.
