4.1-53-44. Certified seed - Specific label requirements

The seed commissioner shall prescribe the labels, seals, certificates, and statements that

must be used for, or in relation to, any seed, or the various kinds and qualities grown, handled,

stored, offered for sale, or sold in this state as "breeders", "foundation", "registered", or

"certified" seed, and shall specify the words and information required to be on the labels, seals,

certificates, and seed containers.
